HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order is easy. Simply select the item you're after, choose your size (if applicable) and add it to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, depending on your method of payment, you can check out by popping in your delivery and payment details.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been paid for, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. When we have processed, you'll receive another notification to let you know that your parcel is on it's way. This will also include your tracking number. You can keep an eye on your parcel here: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking. For delivery timelines, please check HERE.
WHAT IF WHAT I BOUGHT DOESN'T FIT OR I JUST DON'T LIKE IT?
Not a problem at all, just send us an email and request a refund. We'll send you a return label, just package up your order and attach it before dropping it off at a convenient location. Check out the following link for everything to do with returns: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/returns.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER IF IT HASN'T SHIPPED?

CAN YOU SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
Unfortunately at the moment we can only ship orders within Australia.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are all accepted forms of payment.
